Lemon Detox
- Take a drinking glass and add 4oz of cold water
- Add lemon juice from half of a freshly squeezed Lemon.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.
- Add a dash of Cayenne Pepper or ground ginger.
- Using a spoon stir very well.
- Add 4 oz of cold water then stir again
